Frances Byrne, hostess for the month of February at CCEE Stampers, told us February 5th was Weatherperson's Day. She decided our challenge should be related to the weather. Create a card featuring some kind of weather...rain, snow, sun, clouds, etc. http://cceestampers.blogspot.com/
Of course, I chose snow so I could include a snowman. I won this stamp set called Winter Wonderland from High Hopes and the snowman is from Royal Langnickel.
The snowman was just the head image and nothing below the scarf so I used a 3/4" punch and made him a body.
I sponged the snow and sky. I removed some of the snow lines on the stamp so I could make my own snow.

How cute your scene is. I love the wintry scene. No snow here in Georgia. My Mom though is gearing up for the "Big One" in the Northeast tomorrow. Wish it were me. I'd love to be snowed it. It would be so much fun to watch it come down while crafting in my Florida room....I can dream can't I...lol
